But my concern is that under what Standing Orders is the respective Committee attempting to harmonize the two Bills? My understanding would have been that if we are starting with my Bill, then my Bill will be discussed in this House, and when it will go to the Lower House, then our Bill will be informed by amendments that we will put into the consideration of the other Bill that had originated from the Lower House. Could you shed light on that, because we are a House of rules?"
