In my case, I must say that although I agree that this was a timely move, we must admit that we have waited for far too long as the Senate to debate or raise this issue. Maybe as a result of waiting for too long, a county like Makueni has ground to a halt. As a result of this issue and many other issues, even my governor is threatening to resign.
