    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I would like to reassure county assemblies that we, as the Senate, are with them. There is a flurry of worry from some of the counties, asking: “What is the Senate doing about this? Have you not heard about our problems?” We were in Mombasa over the weekend for a workshop and the same sort of concern kept getting raised by some of the speakers from these counties. There was a feeling of abandonment, but we also reassured them. Sen. Sang has stated here that this Motion was discussed about three months ago.
