From what we have learnt, the balance is about Kshs300 million and she mentioned that the cost is growing and growing. Could she give a firm undertaking inclusive of the anticipated budgetary increase because of expenses in a number of areas? Could she give a firm undertaking that the bit on the road that is left will be done in the current financial year."
