    "content": "As I finish, I also want to add that I have nothing personal about Mr. Joseph Kinyua as an individual. I have actually worked very closely with him when I was serving in the Budget and Appropriations Committee in the 10th Parliament, and when I got an opportunity towards the end of the term of that Parliament to serve as an able Assistant Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, which was co-ordinating and supervising Ministries, including Mr. Joseph Kinyua’s Ministry."
