    "content": "In conclusion, it was reported to the Committee that the KPC has stated that this increase was due to the need to meet the cost of connection as it had become unsustainable under the earlier fee. However, the Government barred the KPC from increasing these fees until the Energy Regulatory Commission completed its three months study, beginning March, to ascertain the real cost of connection."
