Deputy Speaker, I asked the Leader of Majority Party to state whether there were any conditions, but he mentioned that some of the projects are supposed to be agreed on by the two governments. My worry is: Does that mean that maybe one of the conditions that might come is that some of these projects must be undertaken by the Chinese government or they will go to competitive bidding in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act?"
