    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to thank the Members for their contribution to this Bill. I think we have had a very successful engagement with the stakeholders, including the membership of my Committee. I want to say thank you very much. I think we are now at the end of this Bill. I want to encourage the Cabinet Secretary in charge to ensure that this Bill is fast tracked. This is a Bill that was passed towards the end of last Parliament, but it has not been implemented because the Cabinet Secretary is yet to make a ruling. So, I want to encourage the Cabinet Secretary to fast track the regulations so that this Bill can be implemented and so that we can protect our depositors, especially the small-scale depositors. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
