    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and hon. Kajuju for your natural generosity. As a young man straight from the university, my first savings were with the Kenya Finance Bank. Just two weeks after I and two other friends deposited Kshs7,000, the bank collapsed. Retracing my money was very difficult and to date as I stand here almost 20 years later, that money has never been located. Imagine Kshs7,000 being savings of a young person straight from university. It is a painful experience and, therefore, cushioning depositors, particularly the small depositors who have no influence and even the financial sector intelligence to know that certain things are about to happen, is very crucial.
