    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Motion. Again, in pursuant of improvement in the financial sector, it is very important that the streamlining that is happening to align it with the Constitution, we ensure that we also align with the vision for East African Community and the treaties that we have signed and more importantly, the East African Treaty and Protocol. We should put mechanisms in place for the larger benefit of the East African Community."
