    "content": "The massive health impact created by those accidents can be correctly canvassed by the Departmental Committee on Health of this House. The cost to the economy as a result of the accidents in Kenya - I had said 5 per cent - is a preserve of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. This is, therefore, a multi-faceted and complex matter of national priority. The Select Committee would like to look at these issues thoroughly and in a detailed manner and in consultation with all the committees that are involved."
