    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, this is a vote of no confidence on a Committee of Parliament. If that is the route, then that is the preserve of Parliament. The Standing Orders are very clear on how to remove Committee Members. We remove them in consultation with the Clerk’s Office, the Speaker’s office and the leadership. On procedure, I want to urge my colleagues that let us not duplicate roles. Let us have confidence in the Committee that we have created. Let us ask the Committee headed by our able Chair, hon. Maina Kamanda, former Minister, to make sure that what hon. Wanga wants is brought to the House as an amendment to the law, so that we amend the law and do not deal with Motions."
