    "content": "these accidents in this country. I know we have police officers in every constituency and other areas. It is the duty of the police to take care of our country. If they do not work, then this House will change them. I want the Eleventh Parliament to think differently from the other House and we work together for the sake of this country. I agree that there is a problem of accidents in this country but this is not the way to go about it. This is a way of bringing more Committees into the system. We have many Members in that Committee. I know one man, John Michuki, was tough when he was the Minister. The Committee has 29 Members now. What is the Committee doing? Let us give them time. If they do not work, we know what we did with the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. We changed the Chairman. We should give the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman of this Committee a chance and if they do not work, we will definitely change them. With those few remarks, I do not support this Motion."
