    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I am driving at in a very circumlocutory manner is the proposal that we can find a middle ground for this Motion. I wanted to propose the following middle ground. It is very clear listening to hon. Members that we see a challenge here that requires the intervention of this House in a focused manner. My proposal, therefore, is that, under Standing Order 96, we could adjourn debate on this particular Motion with only one objective – to allow the Mover of it and the team that is behind it to relook at its content and the issues that it proposes to deal with, and undertake further consultations with the Departmental Committee that bears the overall mandate over this matter, and further consult with the leadership of this House. At the conclusion of that process, they can then bring a revised Motion to this House. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wanted to propose a couple of things that could inform the revised Motion.
