    "content": "Accessibility has been a great issue. People avoid to queue and withstand hunger in search of these documents. It is quite a shame that probably 50 years after Independence, people still have difficulties in getting these documents. It is my submission that once this Motion is passed and implemented, the issue of accessibility will be a thing of the past and Kenyans will be able to enjoy these facilities."
