    "content": "I am thinking of this system because there are security concerns in this country, for example, the Westgate Mall terrorist attack. There are security concerns in this country but we are saying that even with these concerns, taking into cognizance the fact that we are talking about digital era, the security worry should not be there. We know and we have to be honest that in Kenya, you can easily get birth certificate or citizenship within a year. But in the US if you are not an American citizen, it takes you more than 15 years for you to get even the green card and so on."
