    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also want to contribute to this Motion. As I support it, our primary concern should be exactly what has been ailing the system. As most of the Members have observed, the main problem here is corruption. This is the overriding principle. That is why you find 75 per cent of our youth who are 18 years and above do not have the IDs. By centralizing the system which I highly support, how will it eliminate corruption? Are we in one way trying to centralize corruption so that the corrupt elements will find a way of colluding and sitting in one particular environment?"
