    "content": "Fourthly, we still feel strongly that in that regard, we should visit at least some counties in the coast region and further in the eastern region especially the Meru, Isiolo and Northern Kenya areas. Visits to northern Kenya have in the recent past been constrained on security grounds. We hope that the situation improves and that, that part of the Republic should not be isolated from discussions on public policy issues and law making by the Senate."
