    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to second this Motion. As Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o has said, the Committee has done a good job especially visiting these counties to see how harambees are being conducted and how they affect or are benefitting the citizens. It is important that the Senate gives us more time, so that we can continue deliberating on this issue. At the end of this process, we will give you a report that will be of use to us in the future."
