    "content": "I also take note that when we have State guests, they use roads at the expense of other motorists. Some roads are closed most of the time for the guests to use. But if there was a lane which was designed for this purpose, motorists would not be wasting a lot of time. The State guests would use the designated lane, which is faster and more convenient.
