If you do recall – because you nodded your head in approval – the fire at Nakumatt Downtown and there was a traffic jam for almost eleven hours from the point the fire started; that meant that the whole city was at a standstill. It was unfortunate for a city to be at a standstill because there is a blackout or a fire just in one point of the country. That is what I actually meant. Thanks for seeking that clarity. As you said, the HANSARD is a document of record and this House is a House of record and for those of us who would like to aver only what is fact. So, that is what I mean."
