"content": "If we are saying that we want to deal with the issue, then let us put everything on the table. Majority of our Somali brothers who are real Somalis are Kenyans today yet our own Kenyans cannot afford to do the same and get identity cards. But who helps them? It is our brothers who know that those people are Somalis but they give them identity cards because of money. Therefore, corruption has also messed the process. If we want to deal with it, we have to go back to the census documents that Mr. Oparanya had requested to relook at. If we do this, we will find out who our real brothers are.
