Whenever I look at the preamble of this Constitution, I always remember Sen. Kajwang. The very first words, if you leave the word preamble, the next three words in the Constitution; this is the biggest contribution of Sen. Kajwang, because if you look at Chapter One and the rest of the Constitution, it embraces those words “We, the people---"
