    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a matter of life and death. The urgency of this matter demands that we do not put it off until tomorrow. We do not know what will happen. There are indications that President Obama is likely to come to this country in September. We do not know what might be done to hon. Mwau before he gets here. With all humility, I do urge that this matter be treated with the urgency that it deserves. It touches on the security of a Member of this House."
