    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. There is the principle of separation of powers. The delegation from Bugoma County has not been called out to vote and an assumption has apparently been made. I respect your ruling, but it clearly now shows that this House, as part of Parliament, is not separate from the Judiciary. It is making itself part of the on-goings in the Judiciary without formally being informed? Just to revisit the issue raised by Sen. Okong’o, we would like to set proper precedents because this being the first Senate, we would like it, not only to set standards, but the highest standards. I request that you make a considered ruling on this matter."
