"content": "I am afraid, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that lawyers are making this thing more complicated than it is. I mean, it is common sense that the name was not read out three times. It is also known that what you are calling are not individuals, but counties. There are 47 counties in the Republic of Kenya. Any time there is a division, counties are called by their name, whether something has happened to the individual on the seat or not; you do not know where the individual would be, but you call counties. I think it is simple knowledge that the Clerk made a mistake and he should apologize to the House so that we proceed. He did not call out the name of the county three times."
