But I would urge the House to support the amendment and for those who, probably, were not here yesterday, it was the general view at least of all the Senators who were here and who expressed and pronounced themselves on this amendment that it was necessary for the issue to be recommitted back to the Committee so that it can come back with a more comprehensive report.
