    "content": "On the efforts the Government has made to settle the Nubians on the 4,400 acres of land originally granted to them by the colonial government; the Nubian community in Kibra had claimed to have occupied the land in Kibera for more than a century and regarded it as their ancestral home. Other than the Kibra Land Committee which was pursuing the land on behalf of the community, other groups have also emerged purporting to be representing them such as Kibra and Nubian Youth Alliance, Kenyan Nubian Council of Elders and the Nubian Rights Forum."
