    "content": "When Nubian ex-soldiers were settled on a parcel of land in Kibera measuring approximately 4,197.9 acres designated as a military reserve, the colonial government did not recognize any freehold land rights in Kibera for them. Therefore, with time, part of the land was planned by the Government for various purposes such as Harlequins Rugby Club, Impala Club, Royal Nairobi Golf Club and housing estates like Ngei, Joseph Kangethe, Jamhuri, Woodley, Otiende, Ayany and Dam Estates."
