    "content": "The first 492 plots were allocated by the Trans Nzoia East District Settler Direction Committee by the minutes of 1st April, 2008. The remaining 164 plots were allocated by the committee in a meeting chaired by the District Commissioner, Kwanza. The phase was fully settled and SFT land loan repayment was in progress. Over 90 per cent of the allottees are from the Pokot community."
