Deputy Speaker, the Committee recommends that the Cabinet Secretary should address individual complaints on allocation omissions in Phases I and II, and emphasises that this should not involve communities. The Cabinet Secretary has already promised to do so. We further recommend that the local selection committee, including elected leaders from the area, should verify and certify the list of allottees for Phase II.
