    "content": "Thank you hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Motion. Before I go very far, I want to call upon my very good friend who has just spoken, hon. Opiyo, that it is not about how you raise your voice. It is the kind of substance in your contribution. Even the letter from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission--- I am sure there are various ways in which EACC communicates to Parliament. They will tell you: “The above nominee is under investigation and this is the file number. The nominee has a case in court and we are pursuing him.” But here they are saying: “We have received allegations.”"
