    "content": "(iii) Finally, this House rejects the following six nominees for appointment by His Excellency the President as the chairperson and members of the TSC, namely, Mr. Kiragu wa Magochi as the Chairperson; Mr. Albert Ekirapa as a member; Ms. Jacinta Kapiyo, Mr. William M. Makubo, Mr. James Nkoroi and Mr. Mohammed Mwinyipembe. This is not captured here as the final recommendation, but in the minutes; we deliberated in the Committee and said that all these members are eligible for further application and interviews."
