    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, from what the Minister has just said, it is very clear to me that he can issue the Ministerial Statement tomorrow. This Minister is even on record as having told the police to swing into action, which means that investigations are complete. If he is asking the police to move with speed, then what is he still waiting for? Unless the Minister wants to buy time, we ask him to bring this Statement tomorrow. This Statement is very important because the amount involved is too large and the service that, that money should have given to this country is very important that we need that Statement as fast as possible."
