    "content": "I also want to add here that the issue of the TSC cannot be sorted out by the same people who seem to be the trouble makers at the TSC. Many reports of late through researches have been brought to our attention that literacy and numeracy among pupils in our primary schools is very bad. At Class Six, pupils are not able to read and write. At Class Six, basic numeracy is a mirage among our students."
