Deputy Speaker, as I wind up, I want to ask this Parliament to consider positively the report laid on the Table of this House by the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology. The House should do this with a view to approving it, so that it does not become a House that rubber stamps decisions of the Executive. In future, the due process must be followed by the appointing authorities. Vetting actually means that a process goes through all the stages before being brought to this House."
