    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to raise a point of order with regard to the way the Motions before the House are drafted. I know that they are ending with the same statement that we have been against; urging the Government to do something. I thought there was a kind of a directive from the Speaker that Motions should be saying that “this House resolves”, so that it is a process of the House. I just wanted to raise that."
