    "content": "Further to this, I would like to say that for us to be able to increase milk production in our various constituencies, it is paramount that we improve our road network. Right now, in many areas, like where I come from, it is difficult to transport milk from one point to another. Milk is a perishable product, and that is why farmers are vulnerable; they accept whatever price they are given. Access roads to agricultural areas are important. Every part of the constituency or this country should be made accessible not necessarily by tarmac road. We should ensure that our constituencies have a network of all-weather roads."
