    "content": "As we know, milk is very important food and commercial product. The high cost of farm inputs facing small-scale milk producers comes out as a very strong deterrence to them in milk production. We know that besides being a product of commercial value, milk is also staple food for some communities, if not for many communities in Kenya. I must say that I grew up on milk. So, besides being of commercial value, milk is of nutritional value. It is, indeed, a very important food product."
