    "content": "The gap that exists betweem farmers and the Government is due to lack of regulations and laws which should be in place to protect and cushion the small-scale farmers in their business. You will see that farmers mostly sell their produce to the middlemen; it means that they cannot get a fair price for their produce. If we have proper laws in place, then farmers will be protected and will get proper earnings."
