    "content": "I, therefore, say that this is the kind of a Motion that should be translated into a Bill in due course, so that we can get laws that will protect our farmers. This is important now that the Constitution recognizes the fact that every person has a right to invest and work in a free market. We should encourage farmers, especially the women--- I appreciate what hon. Waititu was saying, that we can really bring up this aspect of our economy."
