    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to air my views and contribute to this important Motion. From the outset, I support this Motion as moved by hon. J.K. Bett. The dairy sector is one of the key sectors that drive our economy and which many Kenyans, especially the small-scale farmers depend on for their livelihood, I note with great concern that it is key to food security in this country. It contributes in the creation of employment and income generation. I note that most of the rural farmers are small-scale farmers and this is what they depend on. The income they get is what they use to support the education of their children."
