    "content": "will help farmers to get the market for their produce. The Government can buy milk from our farmers. That will contribute to stabilizing price levels. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think what my good friend hon. Bett can do is to bring a Bill that can address the issue of prices of that commodity. Just urging the Government is not enough. Many Motions have come before this august House, But at the end of it all, we continue saying “urging the Government”. Which Government is this that is not going to do what we do in this House? We should bring a Bill to this House to implement what we have discussed. Thank you."
