    "content": "I appreciate the fact that milk farmers have some few challenges. They have told me that they need a market so that they can market their produce well. They have also told me that the current price of Kshs29 to Kshs32 per litre is very low going by what they used in the form of input. We are supposed to support those farmers so that they can market their produce very well. We are also supposed to improve Artificial Insemination (AI) services so that we can improve on the breeds. That way, we can also improve milk production. We are also supposed to give out something small to enable farmers to establish micro-finance institutions.
