    "content": "In my constituency, there is a micro-finance company called Cherop. For a very long time, they have been trying to do something small. Unfortunately, because of mismanagement and what have you, it has gone under. But I know that it will be revived. We are also supposed to do something on value addition so that we can encourage our farmers to add value to their milk so that they can be paid higher prices. We should also enable farmers to be educated because we all understand that knowledge is power. That has to do with record-keeping. We are supposed to keep the farmers on their toes so that they can have the latest information on the milk industry."
