    "content": "Let the Government establish milk coolers in every constituency where milk can be taken, stored or chilled so that farmers can be encouraged to increase their animals. If this is done, it will improve the economic power of our people. The Government should also think about finding a market for milk. Sometimes, farmers produce milk, but it ends up going to waste because there is no market. Therefore, the Government should also establish markets where farmers can sell their produce."
