Coming from Molo Constituency, which is the epicentre of dairy farming; and having seen the tribulations of my people in producing milk in small-scale and in large-scale, I would like to support the Motion by hon. James Kimaru Bett, as amended by hon. Wanjiku Muhia. I would also like to propose to hon. Wanjiku Muhia that we should have put the farm gate price at 50 per cent of the retail price, and not at Kshs45.
