Now we have the opportunity and are here. Why do we support corruption? These governors must be asked to accept oversight from the county assemblies and Senators. We are not going to allow a situation where I take money to Kakamega and I am not expected to question how that money is being spent. If you do not question, what you will see is exactly the case that we are seeing in Turkana. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with those many remarks, I beg to support."
