    "content": "In areas where there are crops like sugar-cane and maize, the dispute may be postponed until harvest time. Bad weather, lack of transport, lack of adequate fuel to facilitate transport and personnel also affect that. Currently, there is a large number of pending disputes. The number has, however, been considerably reduced in the last two years from 10,000 disputes to less than 5,000. Solving of boundary disputes is now part of our performance contracts and everything is being done to expedite their determination."
