    "content": " Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, I wish to refer you to Standing Order No. 224(2). A petitioner brought a petition through you, I committed it to the relevant Committee and a report has been brought. The Standing Order No. 224(2) says clearly that no debate in relation to the report shall be allowed. So, the report has been laid on the Table. So, no debate or report shall be allowed, but the Speaker may in exceptional circumstances allow comments or observations in relation to the petition for not more than 20 minutes. So, it is not a right. The next thing that will happen within 15 days is that the report will be send to the petitioner. So, I have no application before me, for anybody to make any comments on the report of the Committee."
